The client
Villa Graziadio is Pepperdine University’s boutique, high-end executive center in Malibu. Guests expect luxury-hotel rooms, so the linen supply can’t slip.
The setup
Monday through Saturday, our driver has yesterday’s linens back by 8 AM and picks up today’s laundry in the same stop — a 24-hour swap. Every piece is counted and billed per item (bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup-remover cloths, bath mats), so the Villa sees exactly what it pays for, on one weekly invoice.
