How Airbnb laundry pickup works with your turnovers
Washing sheets and towels on site between guests eats the hours you have between check-out and check-in. Hand the linens off instead, and they come back clean, folded and ready for the next stay.
Pickup from the property or your cleaner
We pick up at the property, front door or lockbox, or from your cleaning crew, whichever fits your check-out. Same-day pickup is available, and clean linens are typically back the next day.
Kept separate by property
Each property’s laundry is bagged and labeled on its own, so the right sheets and towels go back to the right listing, whether you run one unit or a dozen.
Stains and damage flagged
If a sheet has a stain that won’t come out, or a towel is torn, we flag it to you. Nothing damaged goes back on a guest’s bed without you knowing.
Plan on three sets per bed
Most hosts keep three sets of sheets and towels for each bed: one on the bed, one at the laundry, and a spare for back-to-back bookings. With next-day turnaround, that spare covers a same-day check-in.
